Obtained by cold-pressing our Lara walnuts, previously semi-defatted by a mechanical oil extraction. Naturally gluten-free, walnut flour is a versatile ingredient. It can be used for making cakes, biscuits, pastries and creamy desserts, like semifreddo and ice-creams, but also for bread making and savoury dishes.
